With the recent Criterium Ciudad de Zaragoza, the La Tova - Asesud Almudévar team concludes the 2018 competition calendar.
At 10 o'clock the two qualifying events began, depending on the number, for the grand final. Almost all the runners of the Oscanse team were able to qualify except Lorién Tosat because of a fall and Sergio Domínguez, after several failed classification attempts. The latter won victory in the consolation final, finishing his first year as a sub 23.
After the cadet race and the consolation final it was the turn of the main course of the day, the grand finale. In it, Nacho Ara, Néstor Bielsa, Enrique Herrero and Antonio Montón, the protagonist, took part in the escape of a large part of the race.
Finally, Arnau Soler was proclaimed winner of the test to get the bonus of the sprinters distributed every 10 minutes. On the part of La Tova - Asesud Almudévar, Nacho Ara was the first runner of the team in 18º position, Bielsa 20º, Herrero 32º and Montón 35º
